Ève Larocque is an undergraduate student in environmental chemistry and bioresources at the Université de Québec à Rimouski. Eve has already acquired solid knowledge in chemistry and the valorization of bioresources. She has joined the LTB analytical chemistry laboratory for a 5-month internship and will work on the development of analytical methods dedicated in the field of agrifood.
