Erik Wolfaardt is a process engineer who completed his Master’s degree at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, in 2010. For the last nine years he has been working predominantly in the mining and mineral sector, utilizing machine learning and big data analytics for process troubleshooting, modelling and optimization, as well as advanced process control. He joined the BLT team as a PhD student in May 2019, and will be working with our partner, ReSolve Energy.
