On March 12 2015, the team of CRIEC went to the sugar shack with the departement of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnological Engineering from University of Sherbrooke. For several researcher of the Chaire, it was a first experience with this purely Quebec activity: sugar shack. It was an unanimously success.
