A new BTL member from the UFRN

Fábio Medeiros graduated in Chemical Engineering (bachelor and master degree) at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN, Brazil) with an one-year exchange period at the University of Strathclyde (Glasgow, UK). Fábio has a background on food science and technology (specifically, food microbiology, food bioactive compounds and drying technology), bioprocess and valorization of agri-industrial residues for incorporation into bio-based food packaging, and ethanol and enzyme production. Fábio joined the BTL team to work on a project for CO2 conversion in a Power-to-X strategy.
