Using a bachelor-master bridge program, Tristan started his master’s degree in electrical engineering in the summer of 2022 while in his last year of study for a bachelor’s degree in robotics engineering at the University of Sherbrooke. After a research internship during the summer of 2020, he developed an interest in research, particularly in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence, which are fields Tristan is passionate about and in which he developed various skills during his previous internships and his academic background. The project of his master’s degree is the acoustic location of leaks in maple tubing using a robot which moves on a cable.
