On October 6th 2018, Pr Jose Luiz Sanchez from the Universidad de Zaragoza, visited the Sherbrooke team to catch up with their different common projects. He also took the opportunity to visit the “Érablière École de St-Romain” with Pr Lavoie and guided by Mr. Pierre Richard from the “Comité de Développement de St-Romain”. Pr Sanchez was pretty excited from his first visit at the sugar shack school and saw all the common ground between unit operations and the production of maple syrup. He also receive a very sweet gift from the St-Romain team.
