Martin Loula
Postdoctoral Fellow
Martin holds bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD degrees from the University of Chemistry and Technology Prague, Czech Republic. He specializes in atomic spectroscopy and both his master’s and doctoral theses focused on the application of ICP-MS for the characterization and determination of inorganic nanoparticles. Before joining the biochar team at BTL in July 2025, he worked at the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the Czech Academy of Sciences, where he used ICP-OES and XRF to analyze a variety of inorganic, organic, and biological samples.
