Louise is a French (master) student from Paris. After preparatory classes in biology, she entered a biotechnology school in Strasbourg (the ESBS). Two years ago, she did an internship in an Australian company specialized in the development of vaccines. For her internship in the Biomass Technology Laboratory, she aims to valorize the vinasse coming from alcoholic fermentation of sugar beets. The vinasse is a side-product obtained during the formation of ethanol later used as biofuel.
