Julia M M Dantas

Julia is Brazilian and she did her undergrad and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). Now she is doing her PhD here in UdeS, also in chemical engineering, and she is part of the bioprocess team of the group. She always had interest in the biochemical field of chemical engineering, working previously with enzymes purification and immobilization and bioactive compounds. Now, her thesis is focused on storage strategies of different crops for future ethanol fermentation. In addition, she likes to be involved with different side projects and always help her teammates when necessary.
