Ghazal is from Iran. She graduated from Razi University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. Then She started her master’s program in chemical engineering at the University of Tehran in 2015. Ghazal’s master’s thesis project focused on green energy technologies with a focus on hydrogen production from biomass gasification as a clean fuel. After graduating in 2018, she started working in the field of chemical engineering and industry in Iran for about four years. During this time, due to her passion for the higher academic level and the chance of doing more research in the field of renewable energy, she became interested in LTB’s work and now Ghazal is a PhD student at LTB, working on jet fuel production from an ethylene project.
