Gabriel Bonanato Lopes is a bachelor student in chemical engineering from Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), Brazil, and a new intern in the Biomass Technology Laboratory. Along with researchers from UFMG, Gabriel got involved in works about lignocellulosic material characterization, industrial simulation, biofuels exergy modeling and has also presented one poster in the Seventh International Congress of Ceramic Materials (ICC 7) from works developed in geopolymerization. Now, in the Biomass Technology Laboratory, Gabriel expects to continue his contributions for scientific development focusing on renewable energy and sustainability.
