As a matter of fact, the BTL has been working in the field of bioremediation of industrial wastewater for now close to 10 years! Our first work was performed using Spirulina and the target was to recover as much carbon as possible from lignocellulosic wastes. Now, things have move significantly forward and the team has an always-expanding strain library. In addition, the BTL biological section of the team under the expert hand of Dr Jean-Baptiste Beigbeder has been innovating on different aspects of algae production such as bioreactors and process control. The BTL is very proud to share with you part of its expertise on biological conversion. A video explaining some of our work will be available soon for you to learn more.
