The Sugar Shack of Maple Grove has become a must for the Laboratory. It’s always a pleasure for those who have a sweet tooth and a good moment for the employees and the students of the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnological Engineering of Université de Sherbrooke. A tradition that once again was respected on March 1 around a large meal and a festive atmosphere.
