In September 2015, BioFuelNet (BFN) Canada was seeking a HQP (Highly Qualified Personnel) representative to join its HQP Committee, and interested HQPs – essentially PhD students and post-doctoral fellows working on projects financed by BFN – were invited to apply.
After expressing his interest and motivation, James has been appointed to this position in November 2015. The HQP committee mainly helps BFN in developing training activities for HQPs and one of its first tasks, in which James is involved, is to organize the HQP Workshop 2016, which will be held on July 6th in Vancouver.
