Anna Luísa Dufan is a Chemical Engineering student at Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), in Belo Horizonte, Brasil. She has worked previously with natural adsorbents for treating textile effluents, fruit juice microfiltration and process integration to treat water contaminated by iron ore tailings. She has joined the BTL team for a Mitacs Globalink Research Internship and will work with Dr. Bruna Rego de Vasconcelos in the Power-to-X project aiming the direct conversion of methane to methanol using renewable electricity.
