On December 18th during the event organized conjointly by the CRIBIQ and the CRIAQ, Pr Jean-Michel Lavoie, director of the Biomass Technology Laboratory has presented an overview of the different types of biomass linked to the numerous technologies that could eventually lead to the production of biojetfuel in Quebec. After different talks related to the field of aviation, Pr Lavoie had the chance to animate discussion groups where the objectives were to identify possible pathways that could allow implementing jetfuel in the objectives of biofuels producing companies in Quebec. Many partners from the public, academic and private sector (including many of the BTL partners) were represented during the event.
