Dr. Thierry Ghislain participated at the 9th Regional Leaders Summit within the RLS Energy network from May 16 to 18, 2018 in Quebec City. This network is dedicated to the promotion of renewable energies and scientific collaboration between different regions of the world: Bavaria (Germany), Georgia (USA), Quebec (Canada), São Paulo (Brazil), Shandong (China), Upper Austria (Austria) and Western Cape (South Africa). During the summit, he had the opportunity to discuss with scientists from these regions and had the chance to meet the Premier of Quebec : M. Philippe Couillard
