ABOUT
Internships and training
The BTL is looking for trainees, masters, PhDs and postdoctoral fellows in the fields of chemical engineering, biotechnology engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, biology and biochemistry, always under the theme of conversion and adding carbon to biofuels and value-added biochemicals.
You want to broaden your horizons, knowledge and skills in a growing field? You are motivated and eager to join a dynamic team? The BTL is always looking for new talent and offers competitive scholarships for selected high-level students.
Various areas of skills
Laboratory research projects allow the development of new innovative processes that meet specific needs. The BTL has several laboratories to improve and optimize these processes. By joining our team, you will have at your disposal many equipment such as high pressure reactors, pyrolysis furnaces, extraction systems and much more!
The design and manufacture of pilot equipment implementing our thermochemical processes also require strong mechanical skills. Do you like getting out of your comfort zone, facing challenges and learning skills related to your field? Join our team!
The analytical chemistry laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Many research works concern the development of analytical methods related to the thermo-chemical processes developed at the BTL, in particular the characterization of biomass, the identification of products in the liquid, gaseous or solid phase. If you have the soul of a chemist analyst then this laboratory will please you and you will benefit from the knowledge of a versatile and efficient team.
