We cumulates almost 10 years of experience in supporting industry in the field of renewable fuels. For this palette of prestigious collaborators, the Chair has had the opportunity to interact with different companies over the years including, without limitation, Cascades, Hydro Québec, Hydro Technologies, Glatfelter, L’Oréal and Jungbunzlauer.

The team takes advantage of one of the best analytical laboratories in Quebec (and in Canada) in the field of biomass analysis, ranging from the analysis of carbon residues to forest or agricultural biomass. Whether for the production of liquid, solid or gaseous fuels, its experience in chemical engineering or in analytical chemistry, the team of the Chair can help you achieve your objectives, improve your processes or even analyze your products.
Discover our laboratory
The Chair’s laboratory has 400 m2 of pilot infrastructure located at 4070 Boulevard de Portland in Sherbrooke. The laboratory is shared with engineers and professionals from the companies Fractal and CRB Innovations. Reaction systems are usually designed, assembled and optimized on site ensuring a speed of execution generally exceeding expectations.
